Spooks uses state of the art Ghost Hunting Equipment on our Ghost Hunts Events. We use these as a tool to capture any evidence of Paranormal Activity. All our venues that we hire for our Ghost Hunt Events have reputable reports of Paranormal Activity. Before we attend a venue we carry out research into the properties history to gather up information into the families that have inhabited the buildings and any incidents/events that have taken place. This can give you an indication as to what or who maybe refusing to leave the premises or as to why they still may be present. We have put together history pages of all our venues for you to see this information for yourselves if you so wish.. You can find this in our Venues History Pages accessible from the above menu bar. You can also find detailed in our pages information on the various Types of Haunting / Spirit that occurs which can be useful to identify what can be experienced within the Haunted locations we Investigate.
Small Group Investigations
For all those more serious Paranormal investigators out there, Spooks Events are now seeking to provide a more personal Ghost Hunt experience to you. Our smaller group investigations are aimed at a maximum of 10 guests for a night of Ghost Hunting in one of our Most Haunted venues. Spooks Paranormal Investigations SPI are looking for Paranormal Investigators. We are in the process of identifying new and unexplored locations to carry out paranormal investigations. Spooks would like to thank you all for taking part in our survey. We were not too suprised to see that the majority of responses were to carry out equipment based Ghost Hunt Investigations. We did believe that this was the new craze these days and to be honest we were quite happy as this is our main passion too. Following in depth discussions we have decided that we are going to give these type of investigations a good trial and see how it works out. Looking at our latest Ghost Hunt Event at Clitheroe Castle, our equipment work is having a very good result (these results can be seen on our Facebook page and will shortly be uploaded on the website). The first of our Ghost Hunt Events which will be dedicated to identifying the Paranormal and investigating the presence of spiritual activity, will be at Whittington Castle on the 3rd March 2012. Spooks Events the Ghost Hunting Company was launched due to our determination to find evidence and proof of the Paranormal. We spent many years, much like a lot of people, watching TV programmes such as Most Haunted, Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures etc. and also attended quite a few Ghost Hunts with various other Paranormal Ghost Hunting companies. Although we had a good night with them and they were very nice people, the experience itself wasnt quite what we were hoping for. To us Real Ghost Hunting is more Investigation and finding actual evidence of the Paranormal. We came to the conclusion that this is what we can do and what we will offer our guests. Spooks, although we are a Ghost Hunts Events company for the general public, what makes us different to all the other Paranormal Ghost Hunting companies is we are an Equipment based Paranormal Investigation Events company. Our aim is to offer you the opportunity to find Paranormal evidence, to experience what a Real Ghost Hunt is about. You will have the use of state of the art Ghost Hunting Equipment, have the opportunity to analize footage, aswell as still being able to take part in the more traditional methods ie. Ouija Boards, Table Tipping and Glass Divination etc. We will still at times have our Psychic Mediums present on our events But our main objective is to give a realistic and scientific approach to the Ghost Hunting Experience. And this is what makes us stand out from the rest.
